科学技术是把双刃剑
摘要：科学技术作为先进生产力的重要指标，对于推动社会发展有着非常
重要的作用。马克思曾经对科学技术的伟大历史作用做过精辟而形象的概括，认
为科学是“历史的有力的杠杆”,是“最高意义上的革命力量”。但是，科学技术
像一把双刃剑，既可以通过促进经济和社会发展以造福于人类，同时也可能在一
定条件下对人类的生存和发展带来消极后果。

科学技术是一个复合的词，科学和技术既有区别，但又相辅相成。科学是
指对客观世界的认识，是反映客观事实和客观规律的知识体系及其相关的活动。
技术有广义和狭义之分，狭义的技术是指生产技术，科学和技术是辩证统一的整
体。在今天，科学活动和技术活动的关系密切，出现了科学技术化和技术科学化
的趋势，科学和技术日益成为一体。
中国古代的四大发明推动了人类社会的历史进程，特别是极大促进了欧洲
近代社会生产力的发展。马克思把火药，指南针，和印刷术称为预告资本主义社
会的到来的三大发明。火药把封建社会的贵族骑士阶层炸得粉碎，指南针帮助资
产阶级打开世界市场并建立殖民地，印刷术成为科学复兴的手段，近代分工，蒸
汽机和机器的运用，成为“上世纪中叶起工业用来震摇世界基础的三个伟大的杠
杆”。
科学技术的发展标志着人类改造自然的能力提高，意味着能够创造出更多
的物质财富，对社会的发展是有积极影响的，但是由于人类对科学技术的运用不
当，常常会产生一系列的消极后果，一项技术在被我们应用时，会引起多种不同
的变化，有的变化对我们有利，有的变化对我们有害。自然界只能部分地按照我
们的意愿变化，而永远不可能完全按照我们的意愿变化。常常被我们提到的，由
于工业技术的发展，工厂拔地而起，经济效益不断增加，GDP不断上升，煤的
燃烧越来越多。一烧煤，就要产生二氧化碳。煤中含硫，还会生产二氧化硫。造
成温室效应和酸雨两大公害。酸雨腐蚀着建筑，侵蚀着我们赖以生存的土地，使
土壤酸化，破坏地下水，虽然说我们可以用洗选脱硫法来除去煤中的无机硫，但
不能除去有机硫。这就需要对烟气进行脱硫，采用干法，技术要求高而效率低；
采用湿法，烟气温度降低，不利于烟囱的排气。总而言之，科学技术的发展是一
把双刃剑。在发展了经济的同时，却让环境受到了严重的破坏。
对于人类来说刀子是防身武器，但同时又是杀人的凶器，有存放不当的时
候也会伤害自己。运用原子能技术既可以建立核电站，可以使用核能来造福人类，
核能是世界上的清洁能源核能发电不像化石燃料发电那样排放巨量的污染物质
到大气中，因此核能发电不会造成空气污染。核能发电不会产生加重地球温室效
应的二氧化碳。 核能发电所使用的铀燃料，除了发电外，没有其他的用途。核
燃料能量密度比起化石燃料高上几百万倍，故核能电厂所使用的燃料体积小，运
输与储存都很方便，一座1000百万瓦的核能电厂一年只需30公吨的铀燃料，一
航次的飞机就可以完成运送。人类不仅可以用它来造福人类，还有可能用技术来
制造自然灾难。20年世纪60年代中期人类、，苏美两国拥有的核武器达到万万枚，对人类的潜在威胁是巨大的。人类还可以用技术来制造自然灾难。前苏联的
切尔诺贝利事件，是一件发生在前苏联统治下乌克兰境内切尔诺贝利核电站的核子
反应堆事故。该事故被认为是历史上最严重的核电事故，也是首例被国际核事件
分级表评为第七级事件的特大事故，辐射危害严重，导致事故前后3个月内有
31人死亡，之后15年内有6-8万人死亡，13.4万人遭受各种程度的辐射疾病
折磨，方圆30公里地区的11.5万多民众被迫疏散。2011年3月，里氏9.0级
地震导致福岛县两座核电站反应堆发生故障，其中第一核电站中一座反应堆震后
发生异常导致核蒸汽泄漏。于3月12日发生小规模爆炸，或因氢气爆炸所致。
福岛核电站在技术上是单层循环沸水堆，冷却水直接引入海水，安全性无法保障。
原本技术应用本来该是用来为人类造福的，可是一旦发生事故，也会给人带来灾
难性的后果。这就是科学技术是一把双刃剑的原因。1984年12月3日，印度博
帕尔发生毒气泄漏事故，约3000人死亡，20万人身体被严重伤害造成终生残疾，
67万人的健康受损。我们看到了数据的背后是科学技术带来的消极的影响。
科学技术来源于人类的实践活动，科学技术是凝结在人类自然实践中的伟
大血汗的结晶。同时，一旦科学技术在人类的自然实践中获取成功，在为人类创
造伟大丰富物质财富的同时也给人类带来了不幸的内部利益冲突，加剧了人类内
部利益矛盾冲突。在人类内部(尤其是国家及地区之间)发生利益矛盾冲突时，人
类不由自主的利用自己所掌握的科学技术为武器，以此来对付自己的同类，以此
来使另一方处于屈服状态。人类历史上有很多次战争，尤其是第一次及第二次世
界大战让人类更加清楚的认识到：人类的科学技术不仅制造了丰富的物质资料，
例如旅游的交通工具飞机、汽车和轮船；同时人类还利用自己的科学技术制造了
子弹、原子弹、氢弹等等这些都是对付人类自己的武器。科学技术的确是双刃剑，
可以改造人类生活的；也可以破坏人类的生存、生活及发展。科学技术对人类来
说既有积极的一方面，又有消极一方面。以上所说是科学技术在人类内部出现矛
盾冲突时对人类的消极的一方面。科学技术对人类消极的另一方面主要体现在人
类利用科学技术造福人类，即创造了丰富的物质资料的同时大大的破坏了这个适
应人类生存与发展的环境。
在当代，科学技术发展在造福人类的同时，还有许多问题值得我们去思考，
人口增长过快，粮食短缺，能源和资源枯竭，环境污染和生态破坏......深刻的反
映着人类的科学技术发展与自然的矛盾，但又从另一方面展现出的是科学技术广
泛应用源于自身失去控制。我们需要的是用正确合理的发展观念指导人类和自然
的和谐相处，要树立起全球观念和危机意识，克服眼前利益和局部利益的狭隘视
野，克服急功近利。用正确的方式对待自然，尊重自然，善待自然，还要合理得
运用自然。当然如果问题是由社会制度引起的，就需要变革这种不合理的社会形
势。爱因斯坦曾对科学技术是否造福人类做过深刻分析，他指出：“关心人的本
身，应当始终成为一切技术上奋斗上的主要目标，关心怎么组织人的劳动和产品
分配这样一些尚未解决的重大问题，用以保证我们科学思想的成果会造福于人类，而不导致为祸患”。
对于我国发展经济和保护环境的双重任务，中国作为一个发展中国家,面临
着发展经济和保护环境的双重任务。从国情 出发,中国在全面推进现代化的过程
中,将环境保护视为一项基本国策,将实现经济持续发展视为一项重要战略,同时
在全国范围内开展污染防治工作和生态环境保护 活动.中国作为国际社会中的
成员,在努力保护自己环境的同时,还积极参与 国际环保事务,促进国际环保合
作,并认真履行国际义务.所有这些都充分表明了中国政府和人民保护全球环境
的诚意和决心.
作为当代的大学生，我们应该认识到科学技术是不断发展的，社会是进步的，
