1.前言
1.1编写目的
为方便交警用户使用、了解“流动电子警察”,编制此使用说明书。
1.2背景
随着国民经济的飞速发展,我国机动车辆数量迅猛增长。为了更好地加强机动车辆管理,杜绝各种违章行为,降低事故率,我公司开发研制了“流动的电子警察系统”等系列软件。该系统能对超速行驶、违章停车、越线行驶、闯红灯等各种违章进行取证,为交警严格执法提供证据。并提供违章数据的后期处理功能,切实减轻交警的工作量和工作强度,提高违章处理效率。充分体现了向科技要警力的宗旨。

3. 软件概述
3.1 功能
该软件运用先进的技术和方法实时存储采集的违法图片。判定车辆是否违法,并将违法信息记录下来,作为违法处罚的有利依据。
该软件具有号牌识别功能(高清版暂不支持),自动将车牌号与数据库中的违法记录比对,如果是违法车辆则报警。
该软件具有自动和手动两种抓拍方式,选择自动抓拍方式,能将雷达监控区域内检测的超速车辆进行抓拍,并自动将照片取证存储下来作为违法的证据。选择手动抓拍方式,能对其它一些违法行为如:违法停车,轧双黄线等进行抓拍,并记录及存储。
除以上功能外,还可以对违法的地点、行为、车辆类型等等进行设置。同时,软件还具有数据查询、管理、打印等功能。
3.2 运行环境
3.2.1硬件设备
运行本软件所要求的硬设备的最小配置:
a. CPU 1GMhz以上,256Mb内存以上;
b. USB2.0全速接口两个;
c. 硬盘容量至少在5Gb以上;
3.2.2支持软件
运行本软件所需要的支持软件:
a. WINDOWS 系列 32位操作系统;
b. 视频解码器(高清版暂不需要);
安装时只需在WINDOWS执行安装文件即可,其中所需的解码器均已在安装程序中,我们只需安装即可。
4. 安装与卸载
4.1安装
4.1.1 软件安装
安装前首先将安装盘插入光驱,然后将盘内安装文件拷入电脑或者直接安装。点击安装程序你将会看到图1的对话框。

2012年1月份通知
近年来,随着私家车大量增加,停车难问题开始困扰城市。交警支队经
过认真研究规定,站前地区单行线内允许顺向停一排车,二一九路(胜利广场至站前广场)路段两侧允许停一排车,临街学校在学生上下学时间段主次干道两侧允许停一排车,另外根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》规定,路口50米内、公交站点30米内均不允许停车和临时停车,目前交警支队已经加强科技投入,在所有路口增设了电子抓拍设备对路口50米内、公交站点30米内在机动车道、非机动车道、人行道违章停车车辆进行抓拍处罚,望驾驶员周知。
