“我爱英语”小学生英语手抄报活动方案
一、指导思想：
为了培养全市小学生英语学习兴趣，开阔学生视野，培养学生的创新意识，提高学生英语书写能力，综合展示学生学习成果和各方面才能，特举办“我爱英语”英语活动。第二届大赛以“开拓学生视野，培养动手能力，提高英语水平”为宗旨，让同学们广泛地阅读，摘抄出读到的精华，加上自己的创作和理解，用文字和绘画的方式创作出独特的作品，展示自己的英语水平。
二、参赛对象：小学四年级学生。
三、作品要求：
1、内容要求：手抄报主题要鲜明，可设计成专题的文摘报，也可设计成综合文化报等形式，文章应短小精悍，生动活泼，单篇文章字数一般不宜超过300字，可自行撰写，亦可根据资料改编、缩写。
2、版面设计要求：大小规格为4开（55cm*39cm），单面制作，知识性和和观赏性有机统一，排版自由发挥。
版面应符合报纸的基本要求：①有醒目的报头；②有板块、栏目划分；③有文章标题；④有插图、花边。
3、排版要求
①主题文章要放在头版头条的位置，做到主次分明；
②版面整洁、美观、大方、标题突出，内容丰富，图文并茂，字型字号有变化，疏密相宜，给人以赏心悦目的感觉；
③版面设计均采用手抄文字和手绘插图，版面制作不允许任何剪贴。
④手抄报文章总篇数不少于5篇稿，插图要求3幅以上。
⑤作品正面用汉语和英语写上学校、班级、姓名。
4、活动方式：
①各校初选优秀作品4份上报；
②参赛的作品由英语部收集稿件，统一整理，评出一等奖10%，二等奖20%，三等奖30%，颁发相应的获奖证书，同时指导教师也获得相应的指导证书。
③参赛作品拍成照片在小学英语博客内展出。
5、参评细则
A、只对在规定时间内上交的符合主题的作品进行评比。
B、评比标准：
①每份报纸总分10分，最后取平均分；
②符合主题，内容健康，符合规格，文法拼写正确（4分）；
③版面设计合理，新颖，干净（4分）；
④字迹工整，漂亮（1分）；
⑤报纸的整体效果美观（1分）。
6、参评评委：英语教研员负责评选和审核参赛作品。
7、截稿日期：于2014年11月末各班将参评稿件整理好，交英语部。

前言：英语有多重要？
英语是当今世界上主要的国际通用语言之一，也是世界上最广泛使用的语言。世界上70%以上的邮件是用英文写或用英文写地址的。全世界科技出版物70%以上用英语发表。全世界的广播节目中，有60%是用英语进行的。90% 以上的国际会议用英语召开，,它也是联合国的正式工作语言之一。

怎样在课堂上学好英语？ 学好英语，在课堂上做到以下“五到”：
一、“心到”。在课堂上应聚精会神，心随老师走，听懂每一句话。抓住每一个环节，理解每一个知识点。
二、“手到”。一定要做课堂笔记。把学到的每一个单词、词组以及句型结构，都记在笔记本上，这对以后的复习巩固都是非常方便的。
三、“耳到”。在课堂上，不但要专心听老师对知识的讲解，而且要认真听老师说英语的语音、语调、重音、连读、等发音要领。
四、“眼到”。在认真听讲的同时，还要双眼紧随老师观察老师的动作、口形、表情、板书、绘图、教具展示等。
五、“口到”。要充分利用早晨头脑清醒的时间，大声朗读；利用一切的机会，练习英语口语。
巧记英语单词,想忘掉也难 背单词是英语学习中最枯燥乏味的事情，死记硬背很容易忘记。背单词也是有诀窍的，不信咱们一起来试试下面的单词。
