篇一：国王的演讲
观《国王的演讲》有感
《国王的演讲》是由汤姆?霍伯指导，科林?费斯担当主演的英国电影，本片《国王的演讲》讲了英国国王乔治六世(George VI)和他的语言治疗师莱纳尔罗格(Lionel Logue)的故事。乔治六世就是那位为了美人而放弃江山的爱德华八世国王的弟弟。二战前夕，希特勒野心勃勃，风流成行的爱德华为了娶辛普森夫人弃国家于不顾，政府威胁集体辞职，爱德华退位。于是乔治六世（约克公爵艾伯特王子）非常不情愿地被推上了国王的宝座。但是乔治六世半辈子一直活在父亲与哥哥的阴影下，还有很严重的口吃，发表讲话时非常吃力，却无法逃离公共人物的命运。幸运的是，贤惠的王后伊丽莎白经人介绍，为丈夫找到一位与众不同的语言治疗师莱罗格。通过一系列的训练，国王的口吃大为好转，与罗格两人也成为了一辈子的好友。二战爆发之际，乔治六世成功发表了那篇著名的圣诞讲话，鼓舞了当时二战中的英国军民。
国王两目炯炯有神，却是个结巴，世上没有绝对的强者，太阳都有黑子，绝对的美好和绝对的残缺都是理论上的存在，而那些在某些方面特殊杰出的人物便会成为豪杰、英雄、伟人。这些偶像级人物对于芸芸众生的意义千千万，其中最重要的一条便是可以拿来“励志”，进行“心向往之”的期望、憧憬，当然还有行动。《国王的演讲》中国王原型为乔治六世，根据史料的记载，片中提及的“幼年钢板夹腿矫形”以及口吃、紧张等经历均确有其事，而逊位的其兄正是那位大大有名的爱德华八世——不爱江山爱美人，对乎，错乎，关乎风月，关乎政治，留于后人评说。生活从来比电影丰富，更厚重，然而电影却始终以“管中窥豹”的角度，以杜康酿酒的提炼浓缩展现，力求集中。
一、弱者与强者
当国王还是王爷时，伯蒂口吃地一塌糊涂，在公众面前的出丑似乎已经是家常便饭，这样的人生中贵族的身份以及职责都成为沉重的负担。片中第一次的诊疗过程中，伯蒂满口满口的玻璃球，在医生极力的催促下，努力地发出了几个含混不清的音节，继而难过地低下头，又迅速地扬起，无奈焦虑地看了医生一眼，忍耐，忍耐，终于一口吐出了所有的玻璃球，暴怒而去。在这个场景里，医生始终站立，伯蒂坐在椅子上，多个仰拍医生的镜头和俯拍伯蒂的镜头形成了鲜明的对照，伯蒂其实是极端无助的，他的暴怒既是对这种压力和痛苦的反抗，也是对自我的一种保护，所以他才会不时地看向后方的妻子和旁边医生。他像一个溺水者，挣扎呼吸，等待救援。
“无照行医者”莱昂纳尔的出现正扮演着救赎者的角色，他迅速成为伯蒂的拯救者。两人的密切联系由医者与患者的简单沟通开始，进而复杂升华为朋友与知己。在口吃者和治疗者这一层面，莱昂纳多是绝对的强者，他一再地强调：“我的地盘，我的规则。”伯蒂必须服从。然而伯蒂的身份却赋予了伯蒂凌驾于莱昂纳尔之上的尊严和权利，对于伯蒂第一次的拒绝治疗和第二次的拂袖离去，莱昂纳尔都无能为力。当莱昂纳尔的妻子偶遇已经成为国王、王后的伯蒂夫妇时，这位平时生活中游刃有余、颇能掌控的女人也有些手足无措起来。而伯蒂对莱昂纳尔的信任既给予了后者机会，也给予了后者荣耀。因此，二者的强弱关系始终是双向的。
二、潇洒与责任
爱德华的角色拒绝了对王室责任的承担，选择了自己的爱情，虽然说爱情依然是一种责任，但是影片的浓墨重彩更在于国王对于国家民族的责任。因此爱德华的潇洒率性只在于爱情，伯蒂的隐忍坚持对于大众和人民更具意义。这里，笔者不做进一步的评判。
三、有声与无声
片中的伯蒂对白并不少，他一直在近乎努力地说，正是这种执着，凸显了这位国王的人格伟大。古罗马哲学家塞捏卡说：“真正的伟大，即在于以脆弱的凡人之躯而具有神性的不可战胜。”海明威说：“人生来不是要给打败的，你可以毁灭他,但是不可以打败他。”他并非
无法发声，而是不能流畅地说，这种断断续续惹人嘲笑，令伯蒂难堪，更严重地是，无法履行王子和国王的责任。影片中对伯蒂紧张时的结结巴巴的刻画以及对那些颤抖到几乎无法发声的细节描绘正达到了“于无声处听惊雷”的效果。白居易有诗：“别有幽愁暗恨生，此处无声胜有声。”结巴的伯蒂和基本不结巴的伯蒂都有震撼人心的效果，前者在于努力，后者在于持久地，长期地努力。片尾的伯蒂在莱昂纳尔的“圈圈点点”中略显缓慢地艰难演说，几乎没有结巴，这是一个奇迹，当然也是全片的高潮段落。
四、严肃与活泼
小学时校门上左右各书四个大字：“团结紧张，严肃活泼。”当时很费解，团结紧张啥，严肃咋活泼？后来听人说这是毛爷爷老人家说的，再后来才知道这是说的不同层面。《国王的演讲》是部严肃的片子，这点毋庸置疑。对历史的尊重是严肃的，演员的表演是经典级别的，片中所讲的责任与承担、挣扎与成长也是严肃的。能称得上活泼节奏的场景屈指可数，一是36分钟至37分钟莱昂纳尔对伯蒂进行结巴治疗时的肌肉训练，二是莱昂纳尔夫人偶遇国王夫妇的一场，剩下的也仅有伯蒂夫妇重新上门就医并道歉的那句：“等一个国王来道歉是需要很长时间的。”总体而言，这个贵族确实是一个“严肃的男人”
在压抑、痛苦、挣扎之后，他涅盘重生，成功地让自己成为真正的国王，而不是笑柄。影片的最终，伯蒂轻吐一口气，带着王后和女儿们走向群众，挥手致意。这个男人仍然有些拘谨，有些紧张，可能永远不能成功地活泼起来，但是无妨，因为他毕竟超越了自己，履行了责任。
五、有形与无形
《国王的演讲》这部影片其实情节上很简单，没有特别强烈的所谓的冲突，特别的跌宕起伏，就是娓娓道来一个王子战胜口吃从而演讲比较成功的故事。
王子一直被困于口吃，不是因为这个毛病，而是因为他不能好好正视自己，虽然想维护尊严，但自己却不相信自己。所以说，从本质来看，口吃只是一个表象的高山，真正的崎岖山路是王子内心的怯懦和纠结。而演讲，则是王子尊严的一种外化的形式。
其实整部影片都是王子在慢慢找回自我，正视自我的一个漫长过程。从最开始站在演讲台上口吃到一个单词吐出来都要停顿很久，到之后尝试一些方法去解决，屡屡受挫，包括其中有医生让他含着几个玻璃球来平息紧张的心情，其实都被王子曲解为羞辱他尊严的方式，而不是治疗的手段。暴躁冲动的情绪不单单只是王子的性格部分之一，可以说是王子为了守护自己尊严的一种粗制的“防护罩”罢了。
一旦开始学会正视自己，开始正确“守护”自尊后，很多事就开始迎刃而解了，王子口吃的问题也在慢慢解决。一切都是水到渠成的走向。那么再加入一个坎儿或者说波动也有必要了。于是父亲的逝世，王位接替从而衍生的问题开始造成影响。我们可以把之前的情节看做王子自己正确对待尊严的维护。那么之后就是王子如何在外人面前体现尊严。母亲的冷漠，弟弟的嘲笑都是外部挫伤王子尊严的原因。那么如何体现自己的尊严？于是又回到了片头开始：演讲。尊严原本是个很抽象的东西，如何体现它肯定要好好选择。
演讲是一个人去流畅的演说，那么这恰恰是王子一直欠缺的，于是把王子的尊严融入到演讲这个载体后，我们最后能看到，努力突破自我，完整演讲完，甚至达到了鼓舞人心效果的王子找回了自尊的结果。他的演讲的确是振奋了那些即将上战场的士兵，同时，他的演讲使得他的家人由衷欣慰，更本质的是，王子找回了自我，找回了自尊。
国王的声音代表着国家的声音，演讲词标志着英国对德国纳粹的政策转变。从头到尾，我们都能看见国王对于家庭、对于国家的责任，这也是他赢得自信、直面困难的不竭动力。就如乔治五世和罗格说的一样，国王最大的闪光点是勇敢。敢于劝阻比自己更强的哥哥、敢于反驳大主教、反对德国纳粹、抛下世俗偏见和罗格成为真挚的朋友，还有战胜自己。

In this grave hour, perhaps the most fateful in history, I send to every household of my peoples, both at home and overseas, this message, spoken with the same depth of feeling for each one of you as if I were able to cross your threshold and speak to you myself.For the second time in the lives of most of us, we are at war.Over and over again, we have tried to find a peaceful way out of the differences between ourselves and those who are now our enemies; but it has bee in vain.
We have been forced into a conflict, for which we are called, with our allies to meet the challenge of a principle which, if it were to prevail, would be fatal to any civilized order in the world.
It is a principle which permits a state in the selfish pursuit of power to disregard its treaties and its solemn pledges, which sanctions the use of force or threat of force against the sovereignty and independence of other states.
Such a principle, stripped of all disguise, is surely the mere primitive doctrine that might is right, and if this principle were established through the world, the freedom of our own country and of the whole British Commonwealth of nations would be in danger.But far more than this, the peoples of the world would be kept in bondage of fear, and all hopes of settled peace and of security, of
justice and liberty, among nations, would be ended.
This is the ultimate issue which confronts us. For the sake of all that we ourselves hold dear, and of the world order and peace, it is unthinkable that we should refuse to meet the challenge.
It is to this high purpose that I now call my people at home and my peoples across the seas, who will make our cause their own.I ask them to stand calm and firm and united in this time of trial.
The task will be hard. There may be dark days ahead, and war can no longer be confined to the battlefield, but we can only do the right as we see the right, and reverently commit our cause to God. 在这个庄严时刻,也许是我国历史上最生死攸关的时刻.我向每一位民众,不管你们身处何方，传递这样一个消息。对你们的心情，我感同身受，甚至希望能挨家挨户，向你们诉说：我们中大多数人将面临第二次战争。我们已多次寻求通过和平方式，解决国家间的争端，但一切都是徒劳。我们被迫卷入这场战争，我们必须接受这个挑战。如果希特勒大行其道，世界文明秩序将毁于一旦。这种信念褪去伪装之后，只是对强权的赤裸裸的追求。为了捍卫我们珍视的一切，我们必须接受这个挑战。为此崇高目标，我呼吁国内的民众，以及国外的民众以此为己任。我恳请大家保持冷静和坚定，在考验面前团结起来。考验是严峻的，我们还会面临一段艰难的日子。战争也不只局限于前线，只有心怀正义才能正确行事。我们在此虔诚向上帝祈祷，只要每个人坚定信念，在上帝的帮助下，我们必将胜利。
