摘 要： 爱情电影作为一种十分重要的类型电影，它是以表现爱情双方的爱情历程，突破种种阻挠，最终达到大团圆或者以悲剧结局的类型电影。在西方，爱情电影长久以来占据荧幕的主要部分，且留下了许多脍炙人口的经典台词。本文结合IMBD（互联网电影数据库）排行前50名的爱情电影，对其语言特征进行了探析。

爱情是人类永恒的主题，也是人类的重要组成部分。很多艺术作品，无论是绘画还是雕塑，描绘的都是爱情这一主题。且在电影作品中，爱情也是人们向往的美好事物。借助电影这个媒介，人们可以更真诚地审视生活中的爱情，将爱情中最美好的一面展现出来，这正是人们所追求的理想。
爱情电影泛指以爱情为表现主题，并以爱情的萌芽、发展、波折、磨难至团圆结局或悲剧结局为叙事线索的类型电影。[1]从传统影视结构来说，电影以二人的相识为故事的开端，以两人的感情发展为影片的叙事重点，主要展现爱情双方是如何从相识到相爱的，电影中会刻意安排一些波澜，使爱情的发展不是一帆风顺，这与现实生活中的爱情相一致。在叙述了爱情的主要经历之后，以恋人的团圆性结局或者悲剧性结局收场。这类电影通常会提出诸如“什么是我生活的意义”、“我为何与我现在的伴侣在一起”之类的问题。
电影台词作为电影的重要组成部分，由独白（monologue）、对白（dialogue）和画外音（off-screen voice）三大要素构成。台词是影片中人物之间或人物与观众之间进行思想情感交流的重要手段，是电影各种构成元素中最具有释义作用的一种特殊元素。它具有叙述故事情节，刻画人物性格，揭示人物内心世界等作用。电影台词的艺术魅力就在于它是社会交际的真实再现，通过演员富有情感的演绎和诠释，使得这些充满浓郁生活气息的话语深入人心。[2]很多爱情电影都源于文学作品，如《罗密欧与朱丽叶》、《红与黑》、《简·爱》等都是对爱情的深刻探索，成为永恒的经典。正是由于受此影响，很多爱情电影在创作题材、叙事方法和主题表现上都具有文学性，台词则是联系电影与原著的纽带。因此，不了解爱情电影台词的语言特征，就无法理解电影所要传达的主题，无法体味爱情故事的真谛。
